This Center is at the disposal of anybody doing research for articles, films, videos or is just interested in arming themselves with accurate information on alcohol and other drug use and abuse for their own use or dissemination to others.

The center has been established upon the realisation that information on alochol and other drug use is scattered all over the place and thus makes it difficult for anyone wanting to learn about these drugs.

At the same time the issue of drug abuse is interlinked with several other issues including adolescence issues, reproductive health and family planning issues, life skills, and of course HIV/AIDS. The center thus has books, periodicals, magazines, journals and reports etc that cover these subjects.

List of books also include the blurb, author's name, ISBN Number so that this listing can also be used via the internet to find out what resources are availble and what they are about so that individuals or schools and other institutions who have an interest in these publications, can make their own arrangements to order them.

The center will also house an exhibit of drug use paraphernalia and some of the drugs used
